Custom requests need to be discussed with us before ordering. Please don't leave anything in the notes section without confirmation from us first.
Our current turnaround is APPROXIMATELY 12-16 working days. This excludes weekends & does not include delivery time.
We are open as usual, however tracked postage is not an option with RM. We are only visiting the postbox and not the post office. We have a vulnerable child in our household. Please consider the size of your items when choosing your postage option, for larger orders we'd appreciate you choosing UPS.
