How long will my order take?


Once an order is placed via the website we aim to dispatch it within 12-16 working days, approximately. We aim to send parcels out before this however when we are extremely busy it can sometimes take longer. Updates are sent out weekly via our newsletter.




How do I send my logo?


You can upload it right here on the website; www.stationeryjack.com/upload Or you can email it to us directly; hello@stationeryjack.com




Will you send previews?


Only for certain items. If you've selected a custom design for any of our books or have chosen the preview option when ordering business cards or leaflets we will send a preview for approval before printing. Our other items are created based on the designs on the website's item listing. We just modify them by adding your logo and using your brand colours.




Can I still order if I don't have a logo?


Yep! We can add your business name in an appropriate font with your chosen colour to any of our items. Or you can order a premade logo with us here; www.stationeryjack.com/logos




What file types should I send my designs across as?


JPEG, PNG or PDF. Please DO NOT attach a screenshot, these are very low quality. If you choose to do so we are not responsible for any loss of quality or legibility when in print.




I have my own business card design, are you able to print it?


Yes but please be aware that cards need to fit the appropriate dimensions; 86x56mm. If your card does not match this size then it is highly likely information will be cut off. Please check your design before sending it across. If you are insure please email us at hello@stationeryjack.com




I ordered using the BABYM discount, when will I get my order?


Thank you for celebrating the birth of my niece.These orders were exempt from turnaround and you will receive a dispatch email when the order is on the way. We are working as fast as we can and really appreciate you waiting.




My order is late, what happens now?


Our turnaround is approximate so hopefully your order isn't too far behind schedule and we appreciate you waiting. If you are concerned your items are overdue by quite a large margin please drop us an email to hello@stationeryjack.com. It might be that a dispatch email hasn't been received, we're happy to help! Please note; orders using the BABYM discount code were exempt and are not late. Thank you so much for waiting patiently.
